Reservation, cancellation and amendment policies
 
Cancellation of the reservation more than 12 hours before the flight, 10% of the total ticket will be deducted as administrative expenses.

Cancellation of the reservation less than 12 hours before the flight, 50% of the total ticket will be deducted.
 
Cancellation of the reservation less than 6 hours before the flight, the full amount paid will be deducted from the customer.

 

Changing the reservation to another date or date will be subject to a fine of 10% of your total ticket no later than 12 days before the trip. If a change in time or flight date is requested less than 6 hours before the scheduled flight, 75% of your total ticket will be deducted.

 

The number of bags allowed for the customer is a medium suitcase and a small backpack. In the event that the customer brings more bags than the permitted baggage, a shipping fee of only 100 Egyptian pounds will be paid for each additional bag.

 

In the event that the customer’s bag is lost while it is in the driver’s possession, it will be compensated for an amount of 500 Egyptian pounds, no more than a maximum, and the customer may not demand more than the specified amount.

 

The time allowed to wait in the event that the customer is late for the car is a maximum of 5 minutes, then the car moves. The customer may not request a refund of the amount paid or reserve another ticket for another date with the same amount paid.

 

The booking date and flight schedule are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of a booking on an incorrect date or a wrong flight schedule, the full responsibility is on the client.

Personal items inside the car are the customer’s responsibility, and in the event of their loss, the customer has no right to claim any compensation from the company.

 

In the event that the customer requests a refund of the amount paid, the amount will be refunded within 7 working days from the date of cancellation, provided that the amount is returned to the customer in the appropriate way for the company (Vodafone Cash - InstaPay).

If the customer chooses to pay via Vodafone Cash, Etisalat Cash, or Orange Cash wallet, the withdrawal fees prescribed by these companies will be added to the amount transferred from the customer.
